How to prepare for service?

Remove Find My

We can't fix your device with Find My on. Have your Apple ID and Password on hand to turn off Find My.

Backup

You should have a back up before any service.

Back up your device in the case that your device needs to be restored or replaced.

The first step to troubleshooting is to make sure your device is up-to-date. This can potentially resolve issues

Diagnostics: 

The diagnostics provide us with a general idea of the issue you are experiencing. We will run some surface diagnostics to see if we pick up the issue. The Diagnostic fee goes towards the Assessment fee.

Assessment:

Depending on what has been discovered in the diagnostics, we may need to inspect the device further. Our expert technicians will use Apple utilities or begin troubleshooting your device to determine the root cause of the issue you are experiencing. The Assessment fee goes towards the final cost of repair.
